Based in the Philippines, this role focuses on strengthening supply chain performance and inventory accuracy across global networks. The analyst will oversee end-to-end purchasing processes, evaluate vendor commitments, and manage material movements inside enterprise systems. By tracking critical KPIs and conducting commercial assessments, the individual contributes directly to proactive risk management and efficient operational workflows.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Handle material inventory operations, discrepancy investigations, and SAP goods receipts within defined timelines.
- Facilitate change order requests and ensure timely supplier commitments on purchase orders.
- Validate bill of materials alignments and conduct risk evaluations across component sources.
- Prepare regular operational performance metrics including quarterly business reviews and delivery reports.
- Oversee sourcing execution, vendor onboarding, and commercial RFx analyses.
- Audit purchase order documentation for accurate pricing, tax status, and commercial terms prior to release.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 2 years of professional experience in supply chain, procurement, or inventory management.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational datasets and supply metrics.
- Experience managing purchase orders, inventory reconciliation, and vendor coordination workflows.
- Effective cross-functional communication and problem-solving abilities.
