Based in Singapore, this leadership role focuses on designing, building, and deploying enterprise data products and service frameworks across the bank. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, engineering units, and governance teams to turn corporate priorities into scalable analytics and artificial intelligence use cases. The position drives data monetization and innovation while embedding strong risk controls and operational standards throughout the entire data lifecycle.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Spearhead the enterprise Data Products and Data-as-a-Service strategy aligned with corporate analytics and AI priorities
- Define and enhance the data product operating model, prioritization frameworks, and value tracking metrics
- Partner with diverse business divisions to identify, refine, and prioritize high-impact data product opportunities
- Oversee the operationalization, curation, and deployment of trusted datasets and self-service access channels
- Collaborate with technology teams to guarantee data assets meet architecture, security, and governance benchmarks
- Guide the Data Products Centre of Excellence to standardize intake, discovery, delivery discipline, and enterprise adoption
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 8 years of background in enterprise data platforms, data transformation, or data product leadership
- Proven record of delivering large-scale data programs within banking, financial institutions, or heavily regulated industries
- Demonstrated expertise establishing Data-as-a-Service, self-service portals, or data discovery capabilities
- Strong track record of engaging senior executives to translate strategic business needs into measurable outcomes
- In-depth comprehension of data governance principles, access safeguards, and regulatory risk controls
