Based in Vietnam, this role invites proactive individuals to join Mondelēz International's talent acquisition team. The intern will handle end-to-end recruitment operations such as candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and tracking hiring metrics. Additionally, the position involves driving employer branding and early careers initiatives through creative content design and university engagement events.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates across diverse channels and perform initial resume screening and phone interviews
- Oversee job postings and organize candidate interview schedules to ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Track recruitment data and partner with hiring managers to meet staffing timelines
- Support early career programs and university attraction initiatives such as the management trainee track
- Create recruitment marketing collateral and social media content utilizing graphic design tools
- Liaise with academic institutions and student organizations to execute online and offline career events
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Final-year student available for full-time work or recent university graduate
- Willingness to occasionally assist with weekend career fairs and university sessions
- Proficiency with Canva, with prior design or media project experience preferred
- Professional working proficiency in written and verbal English
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
