Additionally, this position involves strengthening client relationships, curbing customer attrition, and leading branch personnel to achieve organizational business targets.

- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, workflows, and branch staff
- Drive business growth, sales performance, and local revenue targets
- Execute and promote key banking product initiatives
- Enhance service quality and reduce customer attrition rates
- Enforce operational controls to minimize risk and mitigate losses
- Deepen relationships with existing clients and nurture new accounts
