Based in Singapore, this role involves managing the daily operations, maintenance, and performance of Singtel's local fixed voice interconnect systems. The manager ensures seamless connectivity with other operators, maintains high service availability, and ensures regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include leading operational activities, driving cybersecurity compliance, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of fixed voice and interconnect systems for high availability
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for service issues and escalations
- Act as primary contact for interconnect matters with external operators and partners
- Manage system configuration, software upgrades, and performance optimization
- Ensure systems meet cybersecurity standards and support audit exercises
- Support regulatory directives and special operations, including scam prevention
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in IT/Computer or equivalent work experience in telecom/networking
- Strong knowledge of telecom networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with legacy signaling protocols (SS7/ISDN) and SIP-based voice systems
- Proficiency in Linux
- Understanding of interconnect architecture, number portability, and call routing
