Based in Malaysia, this role involves providing critical production support for the bank's Identity Management capabilities, specifically focusing on Oracle Identity Governance 12c. The engineer will manage incidents, perform deployments, and collaborate with various teams to ensure application stability. This position requires participation in after-hours standby support and driving continuous improvements.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Provide daily support for incidents and problem management.
- Execute production deployments and apply patches to applications and servers.
- Collaborate with product teams for permanent resolutions and change reviews.
- Transfer application knowledge to level 1 support for recovery processes and monitoring.
- Work with stakeholders to enhance application stability.
- Develop operational documents and reports, including audit responses.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity.
- Proficiency with Oracle Identity Governance 12c, Oracle Database, WebLogic, and BI Publisher.
- Experience with Linux, Unix, and Windows Enterprise Server OS administration.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure components like Load balancers and Firewalls.
- Strong understanding of LDAP and Active Directory databases.
- Expertise in Oracle SQL and writing complex SQL queries.
