Based in Malaysia, this role involves leading end-to-end performance testing activities for non-functional requirements within the GTO organization. The Senior Performance Tester will collaborate with various teams to identify and resolve performance issues, ensuring successful project delivery. This position requires analyzing system performance, developing test strategies, and providing recommendations to improve application and infrastructure efficiency.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Coordinate non-functional requirements with business and technical teams
- Develop performance testing strategies for impacted systems and applications
- Create and execute performance tests using tools like LoadRunner and JMeter
- Analyze performance results and provide recommendations to delivery teams
- Utilize monitoring tools for performance analysis and bottleneck identification
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to resolve performance issues
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer engineering or related field
- 7-9 years of experience in Performance Testing or Non-Functional Testing (NFT)
- Strong understanding of performance testing concepts and methodologies
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter)
- Proficiency with LRE/Performance Center environment usage and integration
- Experience in complex environments with integrations to various downstream systems
