Based in Vietnam, this role is responsible for driving end-to-end actuarial transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy. The successful candidate will translate complex business needs into streamlined workflows, process improvements, and automated solutions. Collaborating across technology and internal teams, you will ensure seamless adoption and transition into ongoing business practices.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of transformation projects across actuarial data, automation, and reporting functions.
- Translate business needs into actionable delivery plans alongside technical teams and stakeholders.
- Oversee day-to-day project milestones from initial design and testing through to final rollout.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to address dependencies and clear operational roadblocks.
- Document solution designs and maintain project risk logs, providing updates to senior leadership.
- Facilitate user enablement and training to ensure smooth integration into everyday actuarial operations.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, finance, mathematics, computer science, or a related discipline.
- Solid progression in actuarial examinations, with an Associate designation preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of background in life insurance actuarial work, finance transformation, or project delivery.
- Demonstrated capability in overseeing project roadmaps, user testing, and stakeholder communications.
- Familiarity with reporting automation, actuarial model outputs, or workflow optimization solutions.
- Strong coordination capabilities paired with professional English writing and presentation skills.
