Based in Singapore, this role involves leading a team within the Program Management department to develop a unified compliance workflow, integrating anti-financial crime alert management. The position requires strong design-thinking capabilities to conceptualize and translate product visions into intuitive, efficient, and future-ready workflow designs. A solid understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements, particularly in financial crime, AML, fraud, and sanctions, is essential to ensure alignment with governance standards and evolving mandates.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Build strategic relationships with stakeholders to achieve common goals and align technology with business needs.
- Lead and coach a team of functional business analysts, developing their capabilities and upskilling the workforce.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define delivery roadmaps, capabilities, and architecture views.
- Lead analysis and documentation of business processes, supporting definition of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Work with testing teams to translate business requirements into test strategies and manage change requests.
- Ensure knowledge retention within the team through training and documentation post-deployment.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Over 15 years of relevant banking experience.
- Deep understanding of Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Know Your Client (KYC) principles.
- Experience in AML/CFT, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, and Fraud within financial sectors.
- Strong product design and solutioning experience, preferably related to compliance.
- Familiarity with change management processes and project management fundamentals.
- Experience in scoping and evaluation, considering scalability, cost, and risk.
