Based in Malaysia, this role involves partnering with client teams across diverse industries to drive talent and organizational transformation. You will assist in developing and delivering change management strategies, communications, and stakeholder engagement plans for major business initiatives. The role also supports HR technology implementations and readiness assessments to help workforces transition smoothly to modern ways of working.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Evaluate stakeholder requirements, change impacts, and challenges to craft effective change management plans.
- Deliver stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, and change enablement initiatives across transformations.
- Perform change impact assessments and design structured mitigation roadmaps for organizational transitions.
- Support HR technology adoption for major platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle.
- Evaluate transformation readiness and adoption progress using standardized diagnostic tools and metrics.
- Facilitate alignment workshops and contribute to practice development and team capability-building efforts.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in change management, consulting, or business transformation.
- Background supporting human capital, HR transformation, talent management, or organizational design initiatives.
- Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and project coordination capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across multiple stakeholder levels.
- Familiarity with digital collaboration tools and modern, agile ways of working.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and perform well within multidisciplinary team environments.
