Based in Singapore, this role focuses on full-cycle graphic and packaging design for the Oral-B brand within the regional Design Studio. You will balance innovative concept ideation with hands-on production adaptation tailored specifically for the Japanese and Korean markets. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will safeguard design integrity, manage multi-tier asset systems, and ensure print feasibility from initial concepts to final rollout.

- Create packaging concepts and brand visual systems tailored for Japan and Korea based on global guidelines
- Scale global master visual designs across various regional product lines, variants, and substrates
- Partner with packaging engineers and pre-press teams to ensure print feasibility and regulatory compliance
- Construct and maintain structured, production-ready master design files for smooth artwork delivery
- Enforce global brand guidelines while formulating regional design toolkits and visual matrices
- Present and articulate design rationale effectively to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least two years of professional graphic design experience, notably within FMCG or CPG packaging
- Strong design portfolio showcasing creative excellence, brand storytelling, and 2D packaging execution
- Thorough understanding of the end-to-end design lifecycle from consumer concepts through production handoff
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop, including advanced file setup
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Brand Design, or equivalent practical experience
- Fluency in written and spoken English; Japanese proficiency is advantageous
