Based in the Philippines, this role focuses on evaluating supply chain metrics and enhancing demand and inventory planning across operations. The analyst will coordinate sourcing, manage supplier onboarding, and resolve inventory discrepancies while ensuring compliance with operational standards. Additionally, the position involves conducting risk assessments, evaluating cost data, and compiling routine performance reports to drive continuous optimization.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Handle inventory workflows, move orders, and investigate stock discrepancies
- Process Goods Receipts in SAP and manage purchase order change requests promptly
- Perform end-to-end procurement tasks including RFx execution and supplier onboarding
- Assess bill of materials and supply chain risks using operational data
- Monitor supplier metrics, lead times, total cost of ownership, and delivery performance
- Prepare regular operational reporting including quarterly business reviews and delivery summaries
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain or commodity operations
- Working familiarity with SAP for inventory and purchase order transactions
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing execution and supplier performance evaluation
- Strong analytical capability to assess commercial costs and supply risks
