- Develop and implement strategic plans for the division

- Manage divisional budgets and financial performance
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or Computer Science
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience
- At least 5 years managing a significant team or division
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives successfully
- Strong understanding of innovation, technology, and financial services
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
