The successful candidate will provide timely updates to hiring managers and ensure compliance with recruitment policies and audit requirements. This position also contributes to various talent acquisition projects and career fairs to support the organization's talent attraction goals.

- Manage high-volume recruitment for Singapore-based roles from Malaysia
- Oversee candidate screening, HR interviews, scheduling, and offer management
- Provide regular recruitment updates to hiring managers
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and audit standards
- Contribute to talent acquisition projects and career fairs

- Experience in in-house talent acquisition, agency, or banking recruitment
- Strong ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively
