Based in Malaysia, this role involves providing essential support for healthcare claims operations within the insurance sector. The incumbent will assess claims, ensure timely processing, and resolve customer inquiries in line with service standards. This position requires a thorough understanding of insurance products and operational processes to deliver excellent service quality.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Evaluate claims fairly based on policy terms
- Approve claims within set benchmarks and authority
- Recommend claims for approval or denial
- Address customer inquiries promptly from all sources
- Monitor claims processing times and benchmarks
- Handle daily correspondence and inter-departmental coordination
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Ability to work on a shift basis
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic understanding of insurance principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
