Based in Singapore, this role involves providing hands-on operational support for data centers, focusing on infrastructure projects and hardware installations. The position requires technical expertise, project coordination, and leadership to guide local teams and external vendors. You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting various hardware components and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Perform on-site data center operations and manage infrastructure projects
- Install servers, network, and security equipment, including cabling
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and physical network components
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for equipment installations
- Manage inventory and logistics for domestic and international shipments
- Provide after-hours on-call support on a rotational basis
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of data center experience, including vendor coordination
- Strong hands-on experience with server hardware and network troubleshooting
- Familiarity with structured cabling standards
- Experience in project coordination within data center environments
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially spreadsheets
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
