Based in Malaysia, this role is for a Financial Accounting Developer specializing in IT projects for management accounting domains within UOB Group. The position involves leading IT solution delivery, managing project lifecycles from requirements analysis to UAT, and ensuring timely, quality technical delivery. This specialist will support the bank's operational readiness and financial strength by enhancing management reporting applications.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Facilitate IT projects, change requests, and production fixes for management accounting.
- Lead team members and vendors to deliver IT solutions to end-users.
- Analyze user requirements and define project scope.
- Manage project schedules, activities, and budgets.
- Prepare and oversee SIT and UAT testing.
- Manage technical delivery, change requests, and defects.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of IT experience in financial institutions.
- Experience with management accounting, profitability reporting, and regulatory reporting.
- Knowledge of financial applications like General Ledger and cost management.
- Understanding of core banking and treasury product data.
- Proficiency in data mapping and sourcing from data warehouses.
- Strong requirement analysis and functional design skills.
