Based in Malaysia, this senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of testing services across various banking domains, ensuring alignment with UOB's processes and objectives. The Head will manage vendor relationships, drive testing transformation, and report on key performance indicators. This position requires extensive experience in performance testing within large, complex financial organizations.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Oversee testing service delivery for various banking applications and projects.
- Review and align non-functional testing processes with SDM guidelines.
- Manage daily performance testing services provided by vendors.
- Coordinate with governance teams for method and tool adoption.
- Track and report testing statuses, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Drive cost efficiency through automation and process optimization.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer engineering or related field.
- 15-20 years in test delivery, with 5+ years in senior performance testing management.
- Expertise in complex environments with multiple integrations (mainframe, core banking).
- Proficiency in performance data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and cloud environments.
- Proven leadership in people management and team development.
