Based in Malaysia, this leadership role directs large-scale operational initiatives and strategic change programs across Group Operations. You will act as the key coordinator among technology teams, business stakeholders, and regional partners to ensure initiatives achieve target outcomes on time and within scope. The position focuses on operational excellence, multi-market rollouts, robust governance, and meaningful benefits realization.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery and governance of strategic group-wide operational transformations.
- Develop comprehensive roadmaps, project charters, budgets, and resource allocation models.
- Coordinate multi-market deployments balancing global consistency with local regulatory and market requirements.
- Partner with executive stakeholders across departments to guide strategic decision-making and resolve critical roadblocks.
- Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Oversee change management and post-launch stabilization to guarantee target benefit realization.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information technology, finance, or a related discipline.
- At least eight years of track record in program delivery, enterprise transformation, or management consulting.
- Proven experience guiding complex, multi-functional operational transformation programs.
- Deep knowledge of risk management, governance frameworks, and delivery methodologies.
- Background in financial services, insurance, or shared services is strongly preferred.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, MSP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.
