Based in Malaysia, this role involves leading and managing a team of Wealth Relationship Managers to drive growth in wealth management products and services for high-net-worth clients. The successful candidate will ensure the achievement of sales targets and deliver a superior client experience within United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd. This position requires developing sales strategies, fostering client relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a team of Wealth Relationship Managers to meet sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the client base and increase assets under management.
- Oversee client relationship management, ensuring high service levels and satisfaction.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze team performance against key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client service and integrated solutions.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years in wealth management or client-facing financial services, with 1-2 years in leadership.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding wealth management sales targets.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, team management, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Possession of relevant licenses and certifications required by Malaysian regulatory bodies.
