หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service and responsive support to Treasures banking clients
- Facilitate client onboarding, account creation, transaction handling, and account servicing
- Work closely with internal departments to address customer requests and solve operational issues
- Ensure all client records, documentation, and files remain complete and accurate
- Offer constructive ideas and feedback to improve client service delivery processes
- Engage in scheduled training sessions to build product expertise and enhance service capabilities
