Based in the Philippines, this leadership role collaborates closely with business heads to deliver effective workforce strategies and human resource operating plans. The successful candidate will steer organization design, talent management, succession planning, and performance frameworks while championing employee engagement. Additionally, you will utilize data analytics to anticipate organizational needs and guide complex change initiatives.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business heads to drive organization design, functional transformation, and capability development
- Oversee employee relations matters along with relevant legal and regulatory compliance across locations
- Analyze workforce metrics and predictive data to implement proactive HR solutions that support strategic targets
- Partner with Talent Acquisition centers to secure and integrate high-performing personnel across the organization
- Supervise compensation programs and advise on critical non-standard remuneration decisions
- Design innovative workplace models and lead broad enterprise initiatives such as leadership frameworks
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Strong business acumen with proven leadership capabilities in generalist human resources roles
- Background in developing comprehensive HR operating plans and capability roadmaps
- Demonstrated experience partnering with and coaching senior functional leaders
- Track record of orchestrating organizational change strategies and complex business transformations
- Prior experience within the FMCG or consumer packaged goods industry is highly preferred
- Forward-thinking mindset with keen awareness of external market trends and workforce best practices
