Based in Malaysia, this role involves designing secure, scalable solutions within the SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The Senior Solution Designer will bridge business needs with technology delivery, partnering with stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into effective designs. Key responsibilities include defining architecture standards, managing project delivery, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring operational excellence for intranet applications.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Design fit-for-purpose solutions and define architecture standards for intranet applications.
- Deliver projects and change requests within agreed scope, timelines, and budget.
- Act as a strategic interface between IT and business stakeholders.
- Ensure incidents and service requests are addressed within service levels.
- Design and enhance SharePoint Online sites and custom solutions.
- Collaborate with outsourced IT providers for service delivery and issue resolution.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 6 years of software development and solution design experience.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions.
- At least 3 years with C#, .NET 6+, TypeScript, Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- At least 2 years with relational databases like SQL Server or Oracle.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
