Based in Singapore, this leadership role reports directly to the VP of Group Procurement to shape and govern procurement policies across the organization. The position leads shared service operations, tender administration, and contract lifecycle frameworks across regional business entities. The appointee will drive operational excellence, implement procurement digitalization initiatives, and align risk management with corporate guidelines.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Define and govern procurement policies and standards across the group to ensure regulatory compliance and operational rigor.
- Oversee shared service operations including tender execution, tail-spend management, contract administration, and internal helpdesk services.
- Partner with legal and risk departments to refine contracting practices and streamline governance procedures.
- Drive procurement digital transformation and implement AI-enabled workflows to elevate user adoption and efficiency.
- Assess the impact of global trade regulations and export controls on organizational sourcing strategies.
- Lead, coach, and cultivate capability development within the procurement governance and operations teams.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Extensive professional experience in enterprise procurement governance, policy development, or shared services operations.
- Strong track record in contract lifecycle management and enterprise risk compliance.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing functional teams and mentoring talent.
- Proven stakeholder management skills across cross-functional units including legal, risk, and security teams.
- Experience with large-scale procurement spend environments and strategic sourcing models.
