หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to enhance bancassurance performance in assigned segments.
- Analyze business data to identify growth opportunities and implement targeted improvements.
- Coach bankers to improve their confidence in insurance advisory conversations.
- Support new bankers with structured onboarding and capability development.
- Conduct workshops to translate product knowledge into practical client interactions.
- Ensure effective execution of initiatives while maintaining compliance and customer experience standards.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Experience in bancassurance, insurance, wealth management, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of insurance and wealth advisory concepts.
- Background in business development, sales enablement, training, or frontline leadership.
- Proficient in analyzing performance data to identify opportunities.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Capability to influence and engage various levels of staff and manage multiple initiatives.
