Based in Singapore, this role is responsible for supporting and troubleshooting voice access network infrastructure to maintain optimal system reliability. The successful candidate will diagnose faults, assist with network upgrades, and handle ongoing operational requests. You will also participate in on-call rotations to manage after-hours incidents and collaborate closely with cross-functional technical teams.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within voice access network infrastructure
- Assist with network upgrade projects and system implementations
- Partner with transmission and cross-functional teams to resolve network incidents promptly
- Handle 24x7 operational requests from internal stakeholders to fulfill service level agreements
- Maintain, configure, and administer telecommunications and IT hardware
- Participate in on-call standby duties for critical incidents and update operational documentation
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- NITEC or Diploma qualification in a relevant discipline
- Practical working knowledge of Linux operating system administration
- Solid troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving capabilities
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Capacity to operate independently while collaborating well with team members
