Based in Singapore, this role acts as a shift lead overseeing daily network operations and surveillance across critical telecom services. The engineer coordinates incident response, tracks service recovery, and ensures system changes adhere to compliance standards. Additionally, the position guides junior staff, monitors shift performance, and delivers regular operational reporting during major events.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead the assigned shift and direct daily operational network surveillance activities
- Facilitate incident management and communicate recovery progress to stakeholders
- Supervise change request implementations to ensure strict adherence to approval standards
- Investigate international voice fault reports with overseas providers and internal teams
- Consolidate network health reports for leadership during high-profile public events
- Mentor shift team members, conduct post-incident reviews, and enhance operating procedures
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Diploma in a relevant field with at least three years of experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a shift-based operational setup
- Solid working knowledge of network protocols up to layer 3
- Prior experience managing incidents in mission-critical environments
