Based in Vietnam, this role oversees end-to-end data analytics, solution design, and technical delivery within the bank's finance and corporate services team. The selected manager will bridge business requirements and complex technical solutions across risk and financial domains. Key responsibilities include leading enterprise data warehouse architectures, data governance frameworks, and managing project lifecycles from scoping to deployment.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end data analytics solutions across finance and risk domains
- Translate user requirements into comprehensive solution design documentation
- Communicate complex technical concepts and project details clearly to business users
- Provide detailed project estimations and evaluate functional test strategies
- Monitor and mitigate project risks while preventing scope creep
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; Master’s degree preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in data analytics and enterprise data warehousing
- Proven background in financial services, retail banking, wholesale, or global markets
- Strong expertise in data profiling, dimensional modeling, and data governance practices
- Hands-on experience in financial reconciliation, regulatory reporting, or credit risk analytics
- Possession of at least two technical certifications in enterprise data platforms
