หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise trade finance specialists to ensure accurate transaction execution
- Manage everyday operational workflows and offer technical advice on complex trades
- Uphold adherence to organizational policies, regulatory mandates, and international standards
- Serve as the main escalation contact for resolving trade discrepancies and client inquiries
- Drive workflow automation, continuous improvement, and system upgrade efforts
- Enforce risk mitigation controls and conduct ongoing operational reviews
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Solid background supervising trade finance operations and guiding team members
- Thorough familiarity with trade instruments such as Letters of Credit, Guarantees, and Loans
- In-depth understanding of international rules including UCP, ISBP, URDG, and ISP
- Proven analytical problem-solving and sound decision-making abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
- Capacity to thrive under tight schedules and heavy operational pressure
