Based in the Philippines, this role delivers end-to-end employee lifecycle management and data administration for the organization's regional hub. The specialist handles onboarding, role transitions, compensation updates, and offboarding workflows using Workday. By collaborating across multi-country HR and payroll functions, the position ensures exceptional operational accuracy and seamless service for Thai-speaking stakeholders.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain employee data transactions and organizational records within Workday.
- Manage onboarding processes and produce required employment documentation.
- Administer organizational changes, promotions, transfers, and mass data updates via EIB.
- Partner with payroll and benefits teams to ensure accurate compensation changes and data alignment.
- Coordinate employee offboarding, severance workflows, and clearance procedures.
- Extract Workday reports, perform routine data audits, and maintain standard operating procedures.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Business-level fluency in spoken and written Thai.
- Intermediate to advanced hands-on experience utilizing Workday for employee lifecycle transactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Prior background in HR shared services, employee administration, or regional operations.
- Familiarity with case management tools like ServiceNow and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Solid grasp of HR processes, data privacy compliance, and service level agreements.
