Based in Singapore, this role assists with delivering product launches across digital platforms while aligning with governance frameworks. You will be responsible for gathering business requirements, coordinating user acceptance testing, and overseeing post-launch verifications. In this position, you will work alongside technology and operational specialists to meet delivery deadlines and ensure seamless rollouts.

- Facilitate end-to-end product releases while meeting quality benchmarks and schedule goals
- Author detailed business requirements, specifications, and business rules for project delivery
- Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing, test scripts, and defect tracking with tech teams
- Validate system changes through post-deployment checks and track launch performance
- Produce operational manuals, standard procedures, and training documents for business units
- Recommend process optimizations to improve release turnaround times and quality
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of relevant professional business analysis experience
- Prior background in the insurance or financial services sector is preferred
- Possess GCE A Levels, equivalent certification, or relevant professional credentials
- Proven track record managing projects against tight project timelines
- Strong problem-solving capability and clear analytical thinking
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
