Based in Singapore, this role involves supporting the digital transformation of agency platforms to enhance productivity and sales. The specialist will contribute to strategic projects, analyze processes for efficiency gains, and ensure the quality of digital releases. This position requires a hands-on individual to drive new digital capabilities and adoption within the distribution team.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Support strategic project implementation for agency digital applications.
- Analyze data to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Ensure quality and readiness of releases through UAT collaboration.
- Track project status, issues, and action items.
- Support project plan development and budget maintenance.
- Manage change management activities including communications and training.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- 3-5 years in digital transformation project management, preferably in finance or insurance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Innovative and collaborative approach.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, JIRA, and Confluence.
