Based in Singapore, this role drives the deployment and optimization of marketing technology platforms across the organization. You will collaborate with technical and commercial teams to design intelligent decisioning systems and campaign workflows that power personalized customer interactions. Additionally, you will oversee platform governance and operational continuity to support seamless enterprise marketing execution.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Collaborate with IT, analytics, and business units to enhance Martech and AdTech infrastructure for personalized marketing
- Oversee complete implementation lifecycles for platform updates, user acceptance testing, and release deployments
- Assist campaign teams in configuring audience segments, contact governance, consent handling, and platform readiness
- Align Martech handoffs with enterprise downstream workflows such as order management, product catalogs, and fulfillment
- Implement next-best-action decision logic, eligibility rules, and automated customer journeys
- Manage platform incidents, change requests, user access administration, and operational continuity protocols
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline
- At least 7 years of professional experience in marketing technology or advertising environments
- Expert knowledge of enterprise campaign orchestration and marketing cloud platforms
- Solid grasp of digital tracking mechanisms including SDKs, pixels, cookies, and data feeds
- Working proficiency in SQL queries and data validation techniques
- Familiarity with enterprise system architecture, API integrations, and telecom BSS/OSS structures
