Based in Singapore, this position involves directing operational activities for telecommunications infrastructure. You will supervise team tasks covering fiber provisioning, diagnostics, and repairs while maintaining strict engineering and safety standards. The role also handles incident escalations and coordinates with various stakeholders on infrastructure projects.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Oversee team operations during fiber testing, provisioning, and fault rectification
- Ensure technical activities adhere to operating procedures and engineering specifications
- Enforce workplace health and safety compliance among external contractors
- Manage designated project initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Respond to off-hours fiber outages and critical fault escalations when needed
- Report daily work progress to managers and maintain relevant operational documentation
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or an equivalent technical field
- At least 3 years of background in project management or fiber testing operations
- Willingness to participate in on-call standby duties and support occasional emergency night shifts
- Competence in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Effective communication abilities and a collaborative work ethic
