Based in Singapore, this executive role leads the technology strategy, delivery, and operations for Group Wholesale Banking's digital platforms, including cash management, payments, and trade finance. The position involves scaling and optimizing a global delivery organization of over 300 engineers across multiple geographies. You will be responsible for ensuring delivery outcomes, production reliability, and regulatory compliance to accelerate business growth and enhance customer experience across ASEAN markets and China.

- Define multi-year digital banking technology strategy and roadmaps for wholesale banking channels.
- Lead and manage a large-scale delivery organization of 300+ engineers across various locations.
- Oversee production support, ensuring reliability, incident prevention, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to technology risk management and regulatory requirements across ASEAN and China.
- Manage demand intake and prioritization from multiple business stakeholders.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performance engineering culture.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
- Over 10 years in technology leadership, managing large delivery organizations.
- Proven success in scaling delivery teams (300+ engineers) across multiple geographies.
- Deep domain expertise in commercial/wholesale banking delivery with ASEAN and China exposure.
- Strong practical command of Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with regulatory and compliance technology risk in ASEAN and China.
