Based in the Philippines, this senior manager role is responsible for shaping the enterprise technology delivery direction, ensuring alignment between business priorities and IT capabilities. The position oversees strategic planning, technology governance, and performance reviews, reporting directly to the CITO. This leader drives technology strategy development, manages IT investment governance, and provides execution oversight for technology roadmaps and portfolio performance.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the enterprise technology strategy roadmap for up to three years
- Lead quarterly performance and business reviews for the CITO
- Create executive-level presentations for various stakeholders
- Oversee annual IT budgeting cycles, including CAPEX/OPEX forecasting
- Drive portfolio governance, prioritization models, and technology risk assessments
- Manage and nurture a team of at least two individuals
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in the field
- Strong capability in managing partner-led delivery engagements
- Excellent presentation abilities for executive audiences
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles, design systems, and user journey mapping
- Expertise in IT strategy and digital transformation
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field
