Based in Singapore, this role focuses on leading digital transformation and intelligent process automation across various corporate functions. You will manage end-to-end automation projects, evaluate existing workflows, and deploy cutting-edge automation and artificial intelligence solutions. Working closely with diverse stakeholders, you will ensure high adoption rates, maintain standard operational governance, and achieve measurable efficiency improvements.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Drive the strategic automation roadmap and manage end-to-end digital project execution.
- Analyze and redesign current business workflows to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to align project scope, timelines, and business targets.
- Oversee the maintenance, stability, and continuous enhancement of deployed automation tools.
- Conduct enablement workshops and training sessions to boost user adoption across teams.
- Handle vendor engagements, software license tracking, and governance compliance.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years of digital transformation and process automation experience.
- Solid understanding of RPA methodologies, governance, and industry best practices.
- Hands-on experience implementing automation via RPA platforms or Microsoft Power Platform.
- Background in process improvement initiatives across corporate functions like HR or Finance.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Professional certification in process automation tools or project management is preferred.
