Based in Malaysia, this role involves overseeing comprehensive claims management across various portfolios, ensuring timely, fair, and compliant decisions while optimizing cost efficiency and customer experience. The Senior Manager will manage complex and high-value claims, supervise payment processes, and lead initiatives for process improvement and digitalization. This position also includes developing and mentoring team leads and specialists to foster a high-performance culture.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Oversee medical reimbursement, personal accident, and allowance claims for accurate assessment
- Manage high-value and complex claims, ensuring consistent decisions
- Supervise group and corporate claims, including TPA management and SLA fulfillment
- Oversee cashless and non-cashless claims payments for efficient settlement
- Manage claim suspense accounts and ensure strong financial controls
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex claims cases
- Lead process improvement and system enhancement initiatives
- Develop and mentor team leads and specialists
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in insurance, business, medical science, or actuarial science
- Professional insurance certifications (e.g., FLMI, AII) or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years in insurance/takaful claims management
- At least 3 years in a senior leadership or managerial role overseeing multiple teams
- Proven track record in managing diverse claims portfolios and driving process improvement
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
