Based in Singapore, this senior leadership role focuses on designing and rolling out advanced artificial intelligence and generative AI solutions across the banking group. You will partner with business and technology teams to translate complex business needs into agile, high-performing prototypes and operational systems. The role also involves establishing AI guardrails, running validation benchmarks, and guiding key stakeholders on emerging technological capabilities.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and deliver generative AI and machine learning solutions
- Conduct research and experimentation to build performant AI models aligned with organizational goals
- Deploy AI and generative AI capabilities directly into the core banking ecosystem
- Advise internal stakeholders on generative AI best practices, system architectures, and emerging paradigms
- Participate in model validation, benchmarking, and the implementation of AI safety guardrails
- Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver data-driven project milestones using agile methodologies
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of advanced data science experience, ideally within financial services or consulting
- Minimum 2 years of full-time hands-on experience in production-grade LLM deployment
- Strong track record building applications using transformer architectures and advanced predictive modeling
- Deep proficiency in Python along with frameworks like PyTorch and LangChain
- Proven ability to manage agile project delivery and translate technical results to business teams
