Based in Indonesia, this role is responsible for delivering comprehensive business and customer analytics while optimizing sales systems and tools. The position leads initiatives to standardize and streamline sales operations, driving efficiency across various commercial accounts. In addition, the specialist delivers user training, manages system enhancements, collaborates with IT teams to address technical challenges, and automates processes to support sustained business growth.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Support and train end-users on sales application features and best practices
- Maintain and enhance sales tools covering customer tracking, tour schedules, and promotion planning
- Manage shelf audits, listing maintenance, and sales reporting system functionalities
- Troubleshoot technical issues in close coordination with IT service partners
- Identify and implement software improvements and automated workflow solutions
