Based in Singapore, this specialist role focuses on creating and executing winning fragrance solutions for regional Fabric and Home Care brands. You will leverage scientific expertise, consumer understanding, and creative skills to direct perfume house partners and internal teams. The position requires guiding technical evaluations and driving innovative scent design to elevate brand performance across Asian markets.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Translate consumer sensory insights into clear creative guidance for fragrance development
- Provide actionable evaluation feedback to internal perfumers and external fragrance houses
- Lead fragrance design initiatives across multidisciplinary product development teams
- Establish advanced methodologies to assess olfactive performance and consumer preference
- Partner with external perfume houses and suppliers to achieve project milestones
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Science or Engineering fields, with an ISIPCA qualification strongly preferred
- Demonstrated background in fragrance design or sensory development within consumer goods
- High olfactive acuity with the capability to pass a formal odor sensitivity test
- Working knowledge of fragrance chemistry and delivery technologies
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative consumer product research methodologies
- Strong project management and interpersonal communication abilities across diverse teams
