Based in Singapore, this senior leadership position directs the technical roadmap, architectural framework, and delivery execution for the Corporate Internet Banking Platform. You will supervise engineering groups across critical domains including payments, accounts, and platform shared services. In addition, the role champions modern cloud-native standards, DevSecOps principles, and cutting-edge AI-assisted developer tooling. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to guarantee resilient, highly scalable banking solutions.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Define technology vision, engineering practices, and architectural roadmap for corporate internet banking.
- Provide technical direction and oversight across core domains like payments, accounts, entitlements, and shared services.
- Supervise design reviews, architecture governance, and software quality to guarantee platform resiliency and security.
- Partner with product owners and business executives to translate operational objectives into scalable architectures.
- Drive adoption of microservices, event-driven designs, micro frontends, and automated DevSecOps pipelines.
- Integrate AI-assisted programming tools and establish governance over AI-generated code across engineering teams.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
- At least 15 years in software engineering with 8 or more years in senior technology management within financial institutions.
- Proven track record leading enterprise architecture and delivery for corporate banking, cash management, or payments platforms.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Comprehensive understanding of banking transaction lifecycles, account entitlements, and governance frameworks.
- Experience applying AI-assisted developer platforms such as GitHub Copilot and leading modern Agile delivery practices.
