- Lead and coach a team to achieve high performance

- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Identify training needs and facilitate development
- Contribute to process enhancements and new initiatives
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years banking experience, with 1-2 years in leadership
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams
- Strong understanding of banking products and processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage pressure and multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Malaysian banking regulations
