Based in Singapore, this position focuses on maintaining and scaling network infrastructure for GPU-as-a-Service platforms. The engineer will maintain high availability for demanding artificial intelligence and high-performance computing clusters while troubleshooting critical issues. The position collaborates closely with cross-functional groups to implement automation tools and design modern data center solutions.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain GPU infrastructure services to meet customer SLAs and reduce downtime
- Deliver network troubleshooting and guidance for users running GPU-accelerated computing workloads
- Monitor network performance and build automation workflows to detect and mitigate issues
- Design and optimize high-throughput data center network architectures for AI clusters
- Implement cybersecurity controls and best practices across the network infrastructure
- Participate in on-call rotations outside regular working hours when needed
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field
- Solid grounding in networking concepts such as TCP/IP, VLANs, and subnet configurations
- Hands-on experience deploying routing protocols including BGP, EVPN, and VXLAN
- Familiarity with network OS environments such as Arista, Cumulus, Ubuntu, or Red Hat
- Experience using network automation and monitoring software like Ansible, Python, and Zabbix
- Strong English communication skills alongside solid problem-solving abilities
