Based in Singapore, this role is for a hands-on individual contributor specializing in Generative AI and Agentic AI risk governance and assessment within UOB's Group Risk Management. The position involves conducting independent evaluations, validating AI systems, and monitoring emerging AI risks. You will apply technical expertise to challenge and test AI solutions, ensuring they are secure, fair, and compliant with industry standards, providing objective insights to senior management.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Perform independent reviews and challenge AI use cases, including Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Execute risk assessments, covering inherent risk, control effectiveness, and residual risk.
- Research emerging AI technologies, attack techniques, and regulatory developments.
- Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to support independent validation and risk assessment.
- Conduct applied research to enhance validation methodologies and evaluation approaches.
- Apply knowledge of AI risk evaluations, including threats like prompt injection and data poisoning.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in AI or AI and data governance, preferably in banking.
- Experience designing and executing independent validation activities for AI systems.
- Knowledge of risk assessment processes for third-party AI vendors and solutions.
- Familiarity with AI risk controls, guardrails, and operating-effectiveness testing.
- Ability to conduct structured market scanning and communicate findings to senior management.
