หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans with business units.
- Design communication, training, and coaching plans for programs.
- Ensure change activities are integrated into program timelines and budgets.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders to secure their support.
- Monitor change adoption and adjust strategies to meet transformation objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to change management execution.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Statistics, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in project and change management.
- Proficiency in process engineering and data analysis.
- Ability to formulate recommendations for operational efficiency.
- Customer-centric mindset with strategic thinking.
- Familiarity with company compliance standards.
