Based in Singapore, this role is part of a high-impact transformation unit focused on solving complex cross-functional challenges within the bank. The position involves conducting deep diagnostic reviews, identifying structural root causes, and designing integrated, future-ready services using enterprise platforms like AI/ML, data analytics, and blockchain. You will play a key role in executing platform initiatives, enabling partner integration, and supporting innovation programs to evolve the bank into a network-platform organization.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Support growth of platform and network services by collaborating with business units and onboarding partners.
- Execute within a rapid deployment model, conducting diagnostics and delivering end-to-end remediation.
- Develop reusable enterprise blueprints and accelerators, documenting patterns and creating scalable modules.
- Support multi-domain innovation integration across AI, Data, and Blockchain, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Build and operationalize strategic partnerships with fintechs and service providers.
- Contribute to emerging technology initiatives, prototyping and maturing solutions.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- 4-8 years in technology, digital services, enterprise platforms, or transformation.
- Experience in cross-functional teams within complex organizations.
- Foundational understanding of APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with AI, data platforms, automation, or emerging technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
