Based in Singapore, this role involves supporting Singtel's digital infrastructure investments, focusing on monitoring the performance of stabilized assets across key APAC markets. The position provides independent portfolio insights, monitors operational and financial performance, and supports capital allocation decisions. It requires close collaboration with STT GDC management, Group Finance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure disciplined portfolio management and long-term value creation.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead monitoring of operational and financial performance for data center assets in APAC
- Develop and maintain portfolio performance dashboards with key KPIs
- Monitor asset performance against business plans, identifying risks and opportunities
- Produce regular portfolio reviews and performance insights for senior management
- Evaluate capital deployment opportunities and assess portfolio returns
- Support shareholder oversight and prepare Board materials
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- 8-10 years in portfolio management, private equity, or infrastructure investing
- Experience monitoring investment portfolios and evaluating financial performance
- Background in private equity, infrastructure funds, or corporate investment teams
- Experience supporting investment committees and capital allocation decisions
- Exposure to digital infrastructure, telecommunications, or data centers is a plus
- Strong financial modeling, investment analysis, and reporting capabilities
