Based in Singapore, this role focuses on leveraging operational and outside plant network data to empower strategic decision-making. You will build comprehensive dashboards, evaluate key performance indicators, and conduct in-depth trend and root-cause analyses. In addition, you will design automated workflows and apply modern artificial intelligence frameworks to optimize telecommunications operations and infrastructure.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Analyze outside plant network and inventory data to uncover trends, risks, and performance improvements.
- Design and maintain Power BI reports and operational dashboards for engineering leadership.
- Formulate operational KPIs tracking capacity, efficiency, SLA compliance, and data quality.
- Validate and reconcile records across inventory systems like NRI, GIS, and field force tools.
- Automate repetitive operational processes utilizing Power Automate and related workflow tools.
- Build, test, and maintain AI agents and RAG pipelines for engineering operational use cases.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python alongside familiarity with AI and ML libraries.
- Practical experience with multi-agent frameworks, RAG architectures, or workflow orchestration.
- Proven analytical abilities with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools is an added advantage.
- Prior background in telecommunications network inventory or outside plant is advantageous.
