- Operate autonomously and develop into a subject matter expert for core systems
- Actively participate in collaborative team technical discussions and problem-solving
- Coordinate with cross-functional groups to gather issue details and share status updates
- Document technical findings and troubleshooting steps to facilitate knowledge transfer
- Propose system enhancements to improve overall application performance and end-user satisfaction

- At least one year of professional experience in software interface and API engineering
- Demonstrated expertise in software integration protocols and API troubleshooting
- Proven ability to inspect system logs and performance data to determine root causes
- Skilled in diagnosing and resolving complicated software defects
